I'm excited to have opened my State Farm agency in 2026 and am building a team from the ground up. Before becoming an agent, I spent 30 years in financial services with Jackson National Life, where I developed a passion for coaching, leadership, and helping people achieve their goals. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, snowboarding, and spending time with my family, including my two children and our dogs. As a new agency, we're focused on building lasting relationships with our customers and creating a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work. ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As an Account Associate for Michael Cardenas - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
