Position Overview

We are seeking skilled Field Service Technicians and Senior Technicians to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial equipment and related infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities, experience working in manufacturing or industrial environments, and the ability to work independently at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial equipment.

• Work with related infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, water systems, and supporting utilities .

• Diagnose equipment issues and implement effective solutions in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide on-site technical support to customers within an assigned territory.

• Perform service on other customer-requested equipment or systems as needed.

• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings .

• Maintain accurate service records using company service-management systems.

• Coordinate with service and sales teams to meet customer requirements.

• Follow all company standards related to safety, professionalism, and customer service.

• Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to customers and internal teams.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of experience in commercial laundry, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, industrial maintenance, or a related technical field.

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

• Experience working in manufacturing or industrial facilities .

• Strong understanding of industrial mechanics and maintenance practices.

• Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and mechanical drawings.

• Solid electrical knowledge, including:

  • Low-voltage systems

  • High-voltage safety procedures

  • Ammeters and ohmmeters

  • Industrial electrical troubleshooting

• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and the ability to diagnose leaks and equipment failures.

• Hands-on experience with PLCs for automation troubleshooting and repairs.

• Ability to safely operate scissor lifts, boom lifts, and other equipment .

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as effectively within a team.

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work at customer facilities.

Senior Technician Qualifications

Senior Technicians should additionally demonstrate:

• Proven leadership experience.

• Advanced equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting capabilities.

• Experience training, mentoring, or supporting other technicians.

• Strong knowledge of industrial maintenance and technical systems.

• Ability to lead complex service and repair assignments.

Military experience involving technical maintenance is a plus.

Work Environment

• Field-based / on-the-road position.

• Regular travel to customer locations.

• Ability to work with equipment, tools, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and other industrial components.

Additional Requirements

• Willingness to travel up to 25% .

• Candidates must be able to reliably commute to or relocate within the assigned service territory.
