Construction Project Manager

*Job Overview*
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, project scheduling, and coordination, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with quality standards. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members.

*Responsibilities*

* Lead and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
* Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project planning and tracking.
* Conduct thorough construction estimating to prepare accurate budgets and forecasts.
* Coordinate project schedules using tools like Bluebeam and Civil 3D to ensure efficient workflow.
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contracts to guide project execution.
* Monitor construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
* Manage subcontractor relationships and oversee their performance on-site.
* Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues that arise.
* Implement effective time management strategies to optimize resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.

*Qualifications*

* Proven experience in construction management or project management within the construction industry.
* Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and tools.
* Familiarity with project scheduling methodologies and software applications
* Excellent understanding of blueprint reading, contracts, and civil engineering principles.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management and prioritization of tasks.
* Effective communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
