Hollister, CA, United StatesSummary:We are seeking a dynamic Design Engineer to join our team in Hollister, CA. In collaboration with PacSci leadership and our site engineering teams, this role will play a pivotal part in supporting programs and processes to drive business excellence.Key Responsibilities:Work as a Design Engineer, completing sustainment engineering milestones such as failure analysis and simulationsActively participate in Group Design Reviews.Work within our Configuration Management System to manage program documentationParticipate in project managementEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulationsPerform data reporting and analysis, encompassing qualitative and quantitative aspects, across various projects.Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of 7 years of experience and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, Solidworks, Data Analysis tools and other relevant business/engineering software.Excellent organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications:Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.Confident and effective communication with individuals at all levels of the organization.Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and support overarching program objectives.Willingness to engage in hands-on engineering and development activities.Exceptional interpersonal skills.Enthusiastic team player with a strong commitment to innovation and collaboration.#LI-AC1Ralliant Corporation OverviewRalliant, originally part of Fortive, now stands as a bold, independent public company driving innovation at the forefront of precision technology.
