About the Position

We are seeking a  highly skilled and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our dedicated dental team.

This full-time position requires commitment to patient education, preventative care, and maintaining the highest standards of oral health.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment and is focused on providing exceptional patient experiences.

• Perform  comprehensive dental prophylaxis , including scaling, root planing, and selective polishing.

• Conduct  initial patient screenings , assessing oral health conditions, and reviewing medical history.

• Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide as required and permitted by state regulations.

• Educate patients on  proper oral hygiene techniques (brushing, flossing, nutritional counseling).

• Take and process  diagnostic X-rays and panoramic images.

• Apply  fluoride and dental sealants for preventative care.

• Document patient care services and medical history accurately and efficiently in the electronic health record.

• Maintain strict compliance with  OSHA and CDC guidelines regarding sterilization and infection control.

Requirements

• Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) certification .

• Current state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist.

• Current  Basic Life Support (BLS)certification preferred.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
