Job Description Flexo Press Operator Full-Time | On-Site | Temp-to-Hire Looking for a role where your experience, attention to detail, and craftsmanship are valued? What You'll Do Set up and operate flexographic printing presses according to job specifications Perform make-ready procedures and prepare jobs for production Monitor print quality throughout production runs Make adjustments to maintain color accuracy, registration, and overall quality Troubleshoot mechanical and production issues to minimize downtime Complete job changeovers and routine machine adjustments Maintain production records and documentation Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized Work closely with supervisors and quality personnel during production startup and approval processes Support and assist press team members as needed What We're Looking For 1-2+ years of flexographic press operating experience preferred Ability to read job orders and production specifications Strong attention to detail, particularly with color consistency and print quality Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Basic math skills and ability to accurately read measurements Familiarity with hand tools and basic computer systems Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn, cross-train, and grow within the organization Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Comfortable working in a production environment with machinery and noise Strong visual acuity and ability to distinguish colors accurately Ability to work safely around manufacturing equipment Benefits Competitive Pay Based on Experience Shift Premiums (When Applicable) Full-Time Schedule Temp-to-Hire Opportunity Long-Term Career Potential Stable Manufacturing Environment Team-Oriented Workplace Opportunity for Growth and Cross-Training Why Consider This Opportunity?
