Manhattan WMS Technical Specialist - IT Service, Support & Operations

We are seeking a highly experienced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Consultant with deep expertise in Manhattan Active WMS to lead and support a large-scale WMS transformation across our distribution network. This role is both strategic and hands‑on, requiring strong technical, functional, and leadership capabilities. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and deploying Manhattan Active WMS solutions, while also serving as a key consultant between business operations and engineering. Key Responsibilities Lead full‑cycle implementations of Manhattan Active WMS across multiple distribution centers. (Minimum 2 full cycle implementations of Manhattan Active WMS). Configure and design WMS processes tailored to business needs, including Receiving, Pick, Pack, and Ship workflows. (Strong hands‑on experience with Manhattan Active WMS and configuration.) Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, define system design, and ensure alignment with operational goals. Conduct ongoing analysis of supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement. Create detailed documentation including process flows, use cases, business rules, and system design artifacts. Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and performance metrics. Support testing strategies and validate functional changes in WMS. Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders on WMS strategy and execution. Experience with Manhattan Proactive Extension development. Familiarity with JSON and Postman for API testing and integration. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting capabilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive‑level engagement. Nice to Have Experience with system integration technologies and cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS. Experience with integration between WMS and business ERP systems.
