Now hiring for all shifts Responsibilities Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones, etc.) Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff Record and escalate any critical communications/incidents in a timely manner Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support, etc.) Qualifications High School diploma or GED preferred Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality Dignified character that models recovery principles Where You'll Work Avenues Recovery Center at Clarksville is a residential facility offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services.
