This onsite contract position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with strong clinical knowledge and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates PHARMACIST | RESPONSIBILITIES: Dispense prescription medications in accordance with state and federal regulations. Review medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, and patient safety. Counsel patients on prescription and over-the-counter medications, including dosage, storage, side effects, and drug interactions. Maintain accurate and confidential patient records. Identify medication-related concerns and collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers. Compound medications and prepare sterile solutions following established procedures. Educate patients on the proper use of medical devices such as blood pressure monitors and glucose meters. Supervise pharmacy technicians and other pharmacy support staff. Monitor and maintain pharmaceutical inventory and supplies. Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies. PHARMACIST | REQUIREMENTS: Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree required. Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. Active Wisconsin Pharmacist (RPh) license required. Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations and medication management. Excellent communication and patient counseling skills.
