The Jewish Federation of Detroit is seeking a proactive Human Resources Benefits Specialist to join our HR team. You will manage day-to-day benefits administration for approximately 100 employees, support Open Enrollment, onboarding, recruitment, and wellness initiatives. You will collaborate with benefits vendors, handle COBRA and renewal processes, maintain accurate benefits data in Paycom/HRIS, and provide clear guidance on plan options to employees and candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
