Investment Banking Analyst - Equity Capital Markets

Reference 26000HSZ Responsibilities Global Banking and Advisory (GLBA) combines wholesale coverage with world-class product financing and advisory expertise within one team. We are looking to hire an experienced Analyst into the Equity Capital Markets team. The Analyst will report to the Head of Equity Capital Markets. We provide our issuer clients (corporates, financial institutions, public sector) with capital raising solutions, focusing on equity and equity-linked transactions. The team leverages our worldwide expertise and in-depth sectorial knowledge, as we aim to meet our clients’ financing needs. The Analyst will work in a generalist capacity within a team of experienced Corporate Finance professionals and will have extensive exposure within the bank and with clients. In addition to the usual responsibilities expected of an Analyst, the successful candidate will be expected to: Prepare financial analyses and models - specifically company valuations Contribute to, and help develop ideas for, potential transactions Be proactively involved in every phase of the deal process Perform and present ad hoc research to support generation of new business opportunities Coordinating with internal functions to obtain all required approvals for the execution of transactions Understand product and market dynamics through comparables and markets analysis Keep up with industry trends Required Profile required Strong analytical skills Knowledge of corporate finance valuation and financial accounting concepts Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated work ethic, positive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task SIE, Series 7/79 and Series 63 certifications. COMPENSATION

Base salary range does not include overtime pay, bonus and/or other benefits, where applicable. Actual base salary offer will vary based on skills and experience.
