Producer Development Lead - Sales Acceleration Program

CRC Group is seeking a Producer Development Coordinator to manage the Sales Acceleration Program, a 2.5-year structured development track for high-performing, early-career producers. You will coordinate curriculum, logistics, onboarding, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a best-in-class experience. You will partner with senior leaders, participants, and external vendors, maintain records, track progress, and prepare reports for leadership.
