Hole in the Wall Drywall Repair is hiring an experienced Lead Drywall Technician to oversee field operations and lead our crew. Perfect for skilled craftsmen ready to take the next step in their career!

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Lead and mentor crew members on job sites

Perform drywall installation, repair, and finishing

Ensure quality workmanship and project timelines

Communicate with customers and office staff

Manage materials and tools inventory

Train technicians on proper techniques and safety

Inspect completed work for quality assurance

Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions

Required Qualifications

Hands-on drywall finishing experience with proven leadership abilities

Strong knowledge of drywall materials, tools, and installation methods

Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
