Small privately owed commercial real state company seeking reliable, detailed oriented Office Administrator to support daily office functions and provide administrative support to ownership and staff.
Full time in office role
administrative and clerical responsibilities
Maintain President's calendar
assist owner with occasional personal administrative matters and requests
draft and manage external communications including letters, emails and reports
Answer multiple phone lines and document accurate messages
greet visitors
order and maintain office supplies
monitor office equipment and coordinate maintenance
coordinate office cleaning
file, scan, copy shred and organize physical and digital documents
perform data entry, updating data base, invoice information and tenant records
create and maintain tenant folders and emergency binders
provide overall administrative support
Accounting and mailing support
5-6 years experience of professional office administration experience/ management
High School diploma required
proficient with Word, excel, Outlook and general office systems
notary license preferred
ability to maintain strict confidentiality
