What You'll Do As a Sales Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective members and play a key role in growing our studio. Responsibilities include: Introduce prospective clients to StretchLab through consultations, studio tours, and introductory stretch sessions Build relationships that convert leads into long term memberships Meet and exceed membership sales goals through consultative selling Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to maintain a healthy sales pipeline Manage front desk operations, scheduling, client check ins, and administrative tasks Support local marketing campaigns, networking events, and community partnerships Deliver an outstanding customer experience from first visit through membership Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment Who We're Looking For We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy connecting with people and are excited to grow their careers. Ideal backgrounds include: Membership Sales Retail Sales Fitness Sales Customer Service Hospitality Front Desk Operations Business Development Client Relations Health & Wellness Boutique Fitness Gym Membership Sales Successful candidates typically have: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills A positive, energetic, and professional attitude Strong sales or customer service experience Confidence building relationships and achieving goals Excellent organization and follow through A passion for fitness, health, or helping others Fitness industry experience is a plus, but it is not required .
