This contract position offers the chance to work onsite within a supportive school environment, providing essential psychological services across several elementary or middle school locations. With a part-time schedule of 20-30 hours per week, you’ll make a significant impact while maintaining work-life balance.

Your expertise will help foster student success, collaborating with educators and families to support learners’ academic, emotional, and behavioral needs. Each day, you’ll contribute to creating positive school climates across multiple buildings.

Qualifications:

• Current certification/license as a School Psychologist in Michigan
• Previous experience working in K-12 educational settings (elementary and/or middle school is a plus)
• Strong understanding of special education processes, eligibility assessments, and IEP development
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results for educational planning
• Participate in eligibility determination, IEP meetings, and team consultations
• Deliver intervention and crisis support services as needed
• Provide recommendations to staff and families to encourage student growth
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across 2-3 school buildings
