If you’re someone who takes pride in keeping things clean and organized, we’d love to have you on our team! What You’ll Be Doing: Keeping resident rooms, apartments, and shared spaces clean and tidy. Doing daily walk-throughs to spot anything that needs attention. Taking care of special cleaning projects and making sure your supplies are stocked. Using the right tools for the job and keeping everything in good shape. Pitching in during emergency drills and knowing what to do if something unexpected happens. Being a friendly, trustworthy, respectful presence for residents, visitors, and coworkers. What We’re Looking For: A high school diploma or equivalent. Someone who can read, write, and speak English. A team player who can work independently. Comfortable being on your feet, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 40 lbs. Someone who’s respectful, reliable, and ready to learn. Compensation and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.60 - $18.25 per hour, and is based on experience. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.
