Summer Site Coordinator

Basic FunctionAn ideal candidate will demonstrate a desire to serve the community. The Site Coordinator will oversee the Site operation, supervise staff and ensure students’ safety. The Site Coordinator will think, communicate, and behave like a mission-driven leader, will demonstrate a healthy example of desired staff behaviors, and will demonstrate the values of ETSS. This position is for our Trevitt Heights site located at 940 Caldwell Pl, Columbus, OH 43203ResponsibilitiesPrepare program site daily by maintaining a clean and safe environment.Provide supervision and leadership to site staff.Will oversee staff performance, student safety, and implementation of program expectationWill oversee a safe drop off and pick up procedure of studentsOversee the regular cleaning of classrooms, program supplies, and common areasKeep all common areas used by the program cleanWill oversee the food programAlongside the Bilingual Assistant, manage communication and engagement with familiesWork with the Bilingual Assistant to document and report any health concernsComplete reports and any other assigned tasks in a timely mannerCheck and respond to email regularlyResponsible for approving staff timesheet on ADPPerform tasks pertinent to achieving goals and objectives, as deemed necessary by Youth Program Managers.SkillsOral communication skills Professionalism InterpersonalWritten communication skills Computer literacy Problem SolvingOrganizational Leadership ManagementEducationSome college experience is required.
