This includes developing and executing sourcing strategies, building relationships with hiring managers, and conducting candidate outreach. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technical landscape and be able to identify and attract the best and brightest talent.What you will doDevelop and execute sourcing strategies for technical rolesBuild relationships with hiring managers and stakeholdersConduct candidate outreach, including phone screens, scheduling interviews, and managing the candidate experienceSource candidates through a variety of channels, including online, networking, and referralsEvaluate and assess candidate skills and experiencePartner with the recruiting team to make offers and close candidatesWhat you will need5+ years of experience in technical Sourcing or Recruiting Strong understanding of the technical landscape; preference toward software engineering landscapeProven ability to source and recruit top talentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to meet deadlines and work under pressureAdditional InformationRippling is an equal opportunity employer. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.The pay range for this role is:133,000 - 170,000 USD per year (Tier 1 & Tier 2)
