Financial Counselor

CHI Mercy Health in Oregon is seeking a Financial Counselor to help patients navigate costs, estimate patient liability, secure payments, and explore coverage sources including private insurance and government programs. You will screen for charity care eligibility, process applications, collect patient portions, and coordinate payment plans while upholding hospital policies.
