The Hilton Vancouver Washington [ is looking for a general maintenance to join the team. Located in the heart of Vancouver, Washington, this property offers convenient access to Portland International Airport. With 226 rooms, the hotel is just a short walk from the stunning waterfront and vibrant local attractions, including the Vancouver Farmers Market—right across the street! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one (1) year hotel front desk experience and minimum one (1) year of supervisory experience. Shift Pattern: full availability, weekends and holidays are required. Position Specific Compensation Front Office Upselling Incentive Program – Commission based program paid out monthly and is based on upsell generated revenue. Revenue is calculated as time of guest check-out. Upsell revenue includes; room type upgrades, early check-in fee, late check out fees and late cancellation fees. Commission is calculated as follows:

• $0-$499 earns 10% payout
• $500-999 earns 12.5% payout
• $1,000-$1499 earns 15% payout
• $1500-$1999 earns 17.5% payout
• $2000+ earns 20% Entire Upsell Payout

Hilton Honors Incentive Program – receive $1.00 per Hilton Honors enrollment Sell-Out Incentive Program – a sellout is constituted as the hotel occupying 222 of 226 guest rooms.
