Hiring Package Details:

• Competitive salary with productivity model
• Comprehensive benefits - includes 401k
• ~2-year partnership track

Partnership Track:

• No buy-in opportunity at productivity (typically ~2 years)
• All profits equally allocated to partners based on their FTE %, not on their tenure

Ideal Candidate:

• BC/BE eligible in nephrology
• Ability to obtain Florida unrestricted medical license
