Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, ER Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN-CA(Copy needed) Certifications: BLS(Copy needed)

CERT-NIH Stroke Scale(Copy needed)

ACLS(Copy needed)

PALS(Copy needed)

CERT-Crisis Prevention Intervention(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in the last 24 months
