Registered Nurse (RN) - Labor and DeliveryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in Labor and Delivery to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) setting, focusing on the well-being of both mother and newborn.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional care to patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery.Stabilize critical newborns for transfer when necessary.Monitor patient vital signs and fetal heart rate using advanced monitoring equipment.Provide education to patients and families regarding labor, delivery processes, and postpartum care.Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure a safe and supportive environment for mothers and infants.QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery nursing.Current certifications in NRP, STABLE, AWOHN (intermediate or advanced), and ACLS.Experience with neonatal stabilization and well-baby care preferred.Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems, particularly Centricity.Additional InformationShifts will include working weekends, specifically requiring availability every other weekend.
