- Ability to manage full-cycle recruiting as well as working with Talent Delivery and Talent Attraction Recruiting, Recruiting Coordination team
- Experience with interview calibration and pipeline management
- Excellent communication and candidate experience skills
- Familiarity with SaaS / tech sales hiring preferred
- Ability to move quickly and build quality pipelines fast
- Must be able to do min 3x in office. Chicago preferred
- We are seeking a High-Volume Recruiter to support our high-growth Technology, Communications & Media (TMT) and Consumer Business Services (CBS) organization, with additional support across G&A and Tech as needed. This is a high-volume, exceptionally fast-paced environment that requires a talent partner who thrives in ambiguity. In this role, you will manage the entire hiring process from initial sourcing to offer acceptance, helping us scale our TMT/CBS teams. Work Location: This role requires a hybrid schedule of 3 days a week in-office.
- Your Impact
- High-Velocity Recruiting: Source, recruit, and hire high-caliber sales professionals specifically for our fast-paced TMT and CBS Go-To-Market teams.
- Navigate Ambiguity: Effectively operate and make sound decisions within a fluid, rapidly changing environment, turning abstract hiring needs into structured talent pipelines.
- Strategic Sourcing Partnership: Work collaboratively with our Talent Attraction team to accept talent and proactively apply and match candidates to multiple open opportunities.
- Leadership Partnership: Build solid relationships with TMT/ CBS Sales leadership teams, serving as a trusted talent advisor before, during, and after the recruiting process.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with internal departments (Strategy, Employee Success, Legal, etc.) to smoothly drive the recruiting process, negotiate offers and seamlessly bring talent through to onboarding.
- Role Requirements Basic Requirements
- Experience: 6+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house), with a proven track record in a fast-paced Sales or GTM recruiting environment.
- In-Office Availability: Ability to work from the local office 3 days a week.
- Agility & Resilience: Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt to shifting priorities, and excel in a highly fluid, "grey area" corporate landscape.
- Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated success sourcing and hiring passive candidates from direct competitors using advanced direct-sourcing and interviewing techniques.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets and the ability to articulate the Salesforce value proposition and story to candidates.
- Relationship Building: Strong communication skills with the ability to cold-call, build relationships over the phone, and influence senior hiring managers and executives.
- Execution: Ability to successfully deliver on deadlines and flawlessly execute in a high-volume, high-velocity environment.
- Tools: Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and working knowledge of ATS/TMS tools.
- Preferred Requirements: Experience recruiting for sales teams within a rapidly growing technology or SaaS company is highly preferred.
- Will you schedule your own interviews in Fieldglass or would you like to opt-in for StaffUp support with scheduling? Opt in for Support if possible.
- Aside from the job description, what will a typical day for this contractor look like? Own 20+ sales positions, lead pipeline calls with the business, work closely with our sourcing partners to identify candidates for open reqs based on skill and location. Work with ESBP, Strategy Partners, Recruiting managers, Talent Delivery Recruiters and Talent Attraction Recruiters.
