Validate: A recruiter validates the candidates’ experience and skill sets against our client’s position.
Initial Screening: Based on the position and the client’s work culture, the recruiter uses initial screening questions to determine the most suitable candidates.
Submit: the recruiter will submit to the technical team qualified candidates who have passed the initial screening.
Technical Screening: The technical team then prepares a matrix of the particular requirements and required experience for the position and using a list of questions and the results, re-validates the candidates’ technical skills.

Job Description

Write and modify application code based on requirement, enhancement and production support. Create and manage interfaces with other systems. Collaborate development activity with other team members. Create technical specification and other documents as required.

• 8+ years experience developing and supporting systems using JAVA, open source and Oracle technologies
• 5+ years working experience with JAVA/JEE, design patterns, JSP, Ajax, JavaScripts and web based development
• 5+ years application development and integration experience using Struts, Spring and ORM tools like Hibernate
• 5+ years application development using WebLogic or equivalent application server.
• 5+ years working experience with SQL and PL/SQL development with Oracle backend is required.
• 2+ years experience creating technical design and writing technical specification.
• 2+ years experience writing UNIX scripting, data exchange interface, automated job scheduling.
• Experience in translating functional requirement and ER diagram/data model into application code.
