Responsibilities: Oversee daily food service operations, including meal planning, food preparation, and presentation Manage a team of dietary staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery Ensure compliance with dietary regulations and standards, such as Medicare and Medicaid guidelines Develop and implement effective budgeting and inventory management strategies Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus that meet the nutritional needs of our residents Respond to resident dietary needs and preferences, making adjustments as necessary Maintain accurate records and reports, including inventory, menu planning, and budgeting Requirements: 1 year of experience as a Dietary Manager or Supervisor High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Nutrition or related field preferred Compassionate and customer-focused approach to resident care Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Knowledge of dietary regulations and standards #J-18808-Ljbffr Dyer Nursing and Rehab
