Description

Requirements

Physical, mental and emotional stamina to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position:
Long hours / shifts often required
Experience in hospitality or hotel/previous golf experience preferred
Valid driver's license is required of the position
Service and pro-active attitude preferred

Daily Tasks

Open and close the Golf Shop for daily business/play
Connecting with each of our guests whether they are golfing, renting a cruiser cart, directing them to other areas of the resort, etc. This may be done by answering the phone, or when they walk through our doors to inquire.
Making tee-times, booking daily rental on cruisers, selling merchandise, always keeping the Golf Shop neat and tidy.
Assisting in tournament play
Taking care of each of our golfing guests requests, etc.
Working with management for any other requests pertaining to the job
