Job Description Operating six different types of machines for the purpose of grinding, polishing, and cutting a variety of glass to exacting dimensions. Machine Operator Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions Centerless Grinding Machines (3) – Setup, operation, and maintenance Centerless Polishing Machines (4) – Setup, operation, and maintenance Hydraulic ID Slicing Machines (5) – Setup, operation, and maintenance Rotary Surface Grinders (2) – Setup, operation, and maintenance Automatic Surface Grinders (4) – Setup, operation, and maintenance Centered Grinding Lathes (2) – Setup, operation, and maintenance Requirements, Skills, and Knowledge High School Diploma Proficient in Microsoft Office Manufacturing / Machine operation experience Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Measurement Techniques: Caliper / Micrometer Company Description PrideStaff is a staffing service founded in 1978 with over 80 locations nationwide.
