As one of our first local hires in Chicago, you won’t just analyze data—you will be the face of Wizaly, directly guiding our clients' multi-million dollar investment decisions and shaping our US growth story. YOUR ROLE: AT THE INTERSECTION OF DATA, MEDIA & STRATEGY As a Media & Data Analytics Associate , you are the guardian of the value delivered to our US clients. You will hold a pivotal, client-facing position at the crossroads of digital marketing, data science, and strategic consulting. Your core missions: 1. Client Relationship Management & Strategy (Account Management) Strategic Advisory: Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for clients’ Marketing and Media teams. Decode their business challenges to transform Wizaly data into clear, actionable business recommendations. Onboarding & Training: Train client teams (from Media Managers to Executives) on interpreting attribution models, ensuring smooth onboarding and deep daily integration of our solution. Client Retention & Growth: Monitor client health, identify account growth opportunities, and ensure exceptionally high satisfaction levels to build long-term partnerships. 2. Media Expertise & Analytics Performance Audit & Optimization: Analyze cross-channel media performance (Search, Social, Display, Affiliation, Programmatic) and identify optimization levers to maximize client ROI. Bespoke Reporting: Create and customize tailored dashboards using our platform to match each client’s specific KPIs and decision-making workflows. Budgetary Recommendations: Formulate data-backed recommendations for clients on how to reallocate their media investments based on real-time data. 3. Data Quality & Tracking Guard Technical Compliance: Audit client campaigns, pixel implementation, and website tracking to ensure seamless, reliable, and comprehensive data collection. Data Reliability: Proactively monitor data consistency within our platform to guarantee total accuracy and trust from our clients. 4. Core Product Contribution Feedback Loop: Act as the voice of the US market by gathering client feedback and insights, directly collaborating with the Paris-based Product team to influence the Wizaly roadmap. THE IDEAL PROFILE We are looking for a natural "Problem Solver" with strong analytical acumen who can simplify complex technical data into a compelling story for business executives. Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Paid Media management, Digital Analytics, or Marketing Consulting (acquired within an Agency, an Advertiser, or a Consulting firm). Media Knowledge: Solid understanding of the digital media ecosystem and acquisition channel (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Display, Affiliation, etc.). Analytical Mindset: A strong appetite for numbers. You love digging into data, but more importantly, you know how to translate data points into concrete marketing strategies. Communication & Consulting: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. You are comfortable presenting to clients and can handle client meetings with confidence and clarity. Agility & Autonomy: Excitement about joining an early-stage team in the US. You are autonomous, versatile, and comfortable juggling operational, technical, and strategic topics. Languages: Fluent in English. Proficiency in French is a strong plus (for internal collaboration with our European HQ), but not mandatory if you are exceptionally strong on the media/data side.
