Senior Pastor - Southside Church (Richland, WA)

Overview Southside Church is seeking a full‑time Senior Pastor to lead us in our mission to make new disciples and welcome them into a congregation that is healthy and growing. The vision is “Bring HOPE to our world.” We are praying for a pastor who will help us reach individuals surrounding the church and within the larger Richland community. Responsibilities Lead the church/congregation with respect to teaching biblical truth, casting vision, equipping the church, and advancing the church’s mission. Lead the staff by directing them in the management of all church operations. Responsible for additional exposition of Christian teaching. Accountable to the board. With approval of the board, responsible for hiring, determining compensation of, and removing church staff, paid or unpaid. Qualifications Preferred: M.Div. or equivalent with prior pastoral experience. Compensation and Benefits Cash salary and housing in the range of $65,000‑$72,000, DOEE Health insurance and retirement contributions Continuing education reimbursement #J-18808-Ljbffr Lancaster Search
