Are you tired of working with multiple marketing clients, or being stuck in a low-growth environment? Would you be excited to run the entire marketing department for an injury law firm that is seeking to double its business in the next 12 to 18 months?

Carrollton Injury Law is an award-winning and fast-growing Personal Injury Law Firm in Carrollton, TX (DFW area). This role is essential to the continued growth of our Firm and wins by effectively communicating our mission and generating responses from “A” clients for the Firm. Our legal representation is geared towards creating happy clients who find it easy to give us 5-star ratings at the conclusion of their legal matter because we do not treat them like a number.

We need a bright, creative, energetic, and compassionate person who can convey what differentiates our Firm from other injury firms: "We put Personal back into Personal Injury Law." You will work closely with our Firm’s owner and develop and maintain relationships with vendors and other marketing professionals to help us realize our vision of helping more people! In this role, you will have the opportunity to be the force that brings our Firm's marketing endeavors to life.

$110,000 yearly including quarterly bonus potential

• Marketing Strategy: Create, implement, and evaluate strategies based on the established objectives, market characteristics, and budget.

• Return on Marketing Spend: Track and report key metrics to determine ROI for implemented marketing efforts.

• Referral Programs: Manage, enhance, and grow client and professional referral programs.

• Social Media: Develop and execute social media campaigns; maintain an active presence across all social media platforms; tabulate and provide bi-weekly reports to the Owner on engagements and new followers.

• Content Creation: Develop content for periodic newsletters (digital and print), along with brochures and other promotional materials for direct mail campaigns. Includes producing short videos for education blogs and social media purposes.

• Digital Presence: Promote online reviews from the existing client list and create landing pages for digital marketing campaigns.

• Event Planning: Coordinate online and in-person events.

• Digital Ads: Monitor and supervise digital ad campaigns.

• Community Outreach: Assist with more ways to reach and support our local community.

Well-qualified candidates are innovative, growth-minded, out-of-the-box thinkers who can demonstrate experience and competency in marketing strategy and execution. The right candidate will help promote the Firm where needed and never say "that is not my job."

• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience managing marketing strategies and delivery. (Law firm or other relevant work experience in a professional service environment).

• A record of success leading direct response marketing, including digital platforms.

• Highly skilled at directing the strategy for lead generation, increasing volume and conversion rates across all platforms (SEO, GEO, and Google Analytics).

• Social media creation and management experience.

• Excellent written communication.

• Experience with the Office suite, including Excel, and the ability to prepare and present metrics reporting.

• Strong presentation design skills.

• Video direction and editing skills.

• Demonstrable project experience/portfolio of work.

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or similar relevant field.
