Field Service Technician

Responsibilities Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and servicing magazine bar feeder equipment on CNC lathes at customer locations throughout a specified region Receive a briefing from fellow Technical Support associates before the customer visit. This will include any action or troubleshooting activities already taken with the customer to address their needs Tools and instruments provided Qualifications Related service technician experience of two through five years or equivalent certified technical training on industrial equipment that utilizes PLC/HMI driven motion control Ability to effectively communicate with the customer and professionally represent the company is a critical requirement Knowledge of industrial electronics, wiring, and electro‑mechanical troubleshooting Knowledge of CNC turning centers, specifically sliding headstock lathes, is a plus Must possess above‑average computer skills and be able to use Windows and other software packages such as Salesforce Lightning Job Type: Full‑time Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Dental insurance 401(k) and 401(k) matching Vision insurance Life insurance Flexible spending account Employee assistance program Schedule Day shift Monday to Friday Overnight travel will be 50 - 75% depending on your base of operation.
