Senior Tax Associate

This position is ideal for a tax professional who enjoys detailed analysis, cross-functional coordination, and taking ownership of critical tax processes and deadlines.Responsibilities:· Analyze financial and tax information and prepare supporting workpapers for returns and related tax reporting across investment entities· Review K-1 and K-3 packages thoroughly prior to release to investors, partners, and employees· Partner with outside tax advisors and fund administrators on U.S. federal, state, and international filings, including various information returns· Oversee tax calendars, filing requirements, and payment deadlines to help ensure timely and accurate submissions· Assist with regulatory reporting and compliance filings such as FBAR, FATCA, CRS, and related annual submissions· Support investor and employee tax reporting processes, including document distribution and maintenance of key tax and demographic data· Help strengthen internal tax procedures and respond to inquiries from stakeholders, limited partners, and tax authoritiesFor immediate consideration please contact View email address on click.appcast.io.
