Title: Late Stay Teacher Aide
Reports to : Director of Little Rams
Time Status : Part Time

General Description of Duties and Responsibilities:
The Late Stay Teacher Aide is responsible for helping the five Late Stay teachers with their daily routines. You will help the youngest children get their belongings to the Late Stay hallway, assist teachers with the start of nap time, and supervise children until all have been picked up for the day.

Essential Job Requirements

Experience:

• At least 2-3 years of preschool experience.
• Experience in a Christian preschool is preferred.

Professional Development:

• Participate in Little Rams team meetings and planning sessions.
• Complete Professional development hours.

Spiritual:

• Must have a clear testimony of personal faith in Jesus Christ as Savior and a lifestyle of biblical integrity.
• Must be an active member of a local church.
• Fully supportive of the decisions and loyal to the mission and leadership of the school and Grace Baptist Church.
• Passion for connecting with teachers, students, and families to support student/teacher success within a Christian environment.

Additional Skills/Requirements:

• Ability to consistently work each weekday from 1:00 p.m. -5:30 p.m.
• Maintain a great attitude and flexibility.
