Silk or Lace is a marketplace for handcrafted, 100% Remy human hair wigs and hair toppers for women experiencing hair loss. We serve women at every stage and cause of hair loss from postpartum, chemotherapy, autoimmune conditions, genetics, and beyond. Founded by Suran Yoo from her own hair loss journey, we've spent six years building something the industry was missing: a shopping experience that leads with empathy and expertise, not overwhelm. Find our community at or on social @silkorlace. About the Position We're looking for a sharp, self-directed Brand Associate to own our in-house line, the Silk or Lace Collection end to end. This is a hands‑on role at a small, fast‑moving company, which means you'll touch everything from campaign strategy to inventory management to content creation. Reports to CEO What You’ll Own Lead all Silk or Lace Collection projects, serving as the internal point person for the product line Plan and execute product drop campaigns from concept through post-launch reporting Manage inventory ordering and forecasting for all SLC wigs and hair toppers Oversee product listings end to end, including coordinating product shoots Collaborate with the campaign manager on affiliate partnerships, gifting, and in-person pop-up activations Create content for social media and the website specific to the Silk or Lace Collection Track analytics and establish performance benchmarks for the product line Contribute to the R&D pipeline with product feedback and market insights Support general business operations as needed including order fulfillment, client consultations, and hair piece processing and styling What You Bring Proven ability to create compelling content and communicate to an audience online Experience building and managing project plans with multiple dependencies, including budget tracking Strong organizational skills and comfort managing competing priorities under pressure Sharp analytical skills (you know how to read data and act on it) Empathy-first approach to customer and community interaction Flexibility and composure when plans shift in real time Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field 1–2+ years of experience in a consumer brand or e‑commerce environment preferred $45,000–$60,000 base salary, based with experience Health insurance 401(k) with matching Paid time off Employee discount on Silk or Lace products #J-18808-Ljbffr Silk or Lace
