Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Proactively approach customers as they shop in relevant departments (e.g., Flooring, Lumber, Kitchen & Bath).
- Lead Generation: Qualify customers by asking about their current home projects and schedule in-home estimates for Home Depot home services.
- Product Knowledge: Learn the basic features, benefits, and warranties of Home Depot installation services.
- Store Collaboration: Work alongside store associates, department supervisors, and managers to maximize lead opportunities.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, conversational, and sales-focused skills.
- Customer Obsessed: A friendly, energetic, and professional demeanor while dealing with the public.
- Goal-Driven: The ability to meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation targets
Plan to attend and meet face-to-face with hiring managers.
