That's why we've built a culture centered on compassion, collaboration, and continuous learning, giving you the tools and freedom to succeed while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.What You'll Be DoingConduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plansDeliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goalsTrain, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior TechniciansCollaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomesCollect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisionsParticipate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
