Heartland Trailways is currently hiring dependable and hardworking Motorcoach Detailers / Bus Cleaners to help keep our fleet clean, presentable, and ready for passengers.

We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, pay attention to detail, and are comfortable working around large commercial vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Clean and detail motorcoach interiors and exteriors
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors
• Clean seats, windows, dashboards, overhead areas, and other surfaces
• Clean and sanitize onboard restrooms
• Remove trash and restock supplies
• Wash bus exteriors as needed
• Perform detailed cleaning after trips
• Inspect buses and report any visible damage or maintenance concerns
• Make sure assigned buses are clean and ready for scheduled trips
• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• Assist with other cleaning and fleet-related duties as needed

Qualifications

• Detailing, vehicle cleaning, janitorial, or similar experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and perform physical cleaning duties
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when needed
• Valid driver's license preferred

Schedule
