Location Washington DC, United States of America Responsibilities Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner Present menus and inform customers about daily specials Take accurate food and drink orders from customers Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner Check on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction Handle any customer inquiries or complaints with professionalism and efficiency Process payments accurately using the POS system Maintain a clean and organized work station Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared correctly Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Requirements Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure Basic math skills for processing payments Knowledge of food safety regulations Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays High school diploma or equivalent Perks Competitive salary of $1100 per month Opportunity for tips Complimentary meals during shifts Health insurance benefits available after one year of employment Foreign Applicant Information We welcome foreign applicants with valid work visas.
