AI Implementation Project Manager

Akkodis is seeking an AI Implementation Project Manager for a Contract with a client in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of AI- and agent-based solutions, from planning and deployment through adoption and value realization.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $60/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.


AI Implementation Project Manager Job Responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and agent-based solutions, managing planning, deployment, adoption, and value realization.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure aligned execution across business, data, and technology workstreams.
• Define and manage program plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and governance structures.
• Drive execution of AI automation initiatives such as intelligent intake, contract intelligence, and workflow automation.
• Identify and resolve delivery blockers, ensuring timely progress in complex, global environments.
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior stakeholders and leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in project or program management with hands-on AI implementation delivery.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end AI or automation transformation programs, including agent-based and workflow automation solutions.
• Strong ability to manage complex, global, cross-functional teams and vendors while driving execution, risk management, and adoption of AI-enabled solutions.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $60.00 per hour
