About the Role:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with EzCare ABA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting behavioral assessments and reviewing client progress

• Developing, implementing, and supervising individualized ABA treatment plans

• Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

• Providing parent and caregiver training

• Monitoring treatment effectiveness and making data-driven clinical decisions

• Collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals involved in client care

• Ensuring compliance with BACB guidelines and ethical standards

• Completing clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

• Experience providing ABA services and supervising RBTs

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills

• Passion for improving the lives of children and families

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Virginia Beach and surrounding communities
