About the Role:

Project Independence Services Inc is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in New Bedford, MA. Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans

Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with physician orders

Monitor and document patient health status, progress, and changes in condition

Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care

Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Respond to patient needs and emergencies with professionalism and clinical expertise

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Massachusetts

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ASN or BSN) from an accredited program

Current BLS/CPR certification required

Prior clinical nursing experience preferred

Strong assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and care teams

Compassionate, patient-focused demeanor with a commitment to quality care
