The Air Force Civilian Service (AFCS) is looking for Full-Time Supervisory Contracts & Program Management Specialist (NH-1101-03) to work at Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) in the Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex (WR-ALC) OBCB Office at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, Georgia. Relocation, Retention and Student Loan Incentives may be authorized. 2026 Salary Range ($89,508 - $138,370) yearly w/ locality Job Open Date: 5/18/2026 Job Close Date: 5/31/2026 Who may apply: current Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC) federal employees DUTIES: The primary purpose of this position is to exercise 1st level supervisory and position management responsibilities over subordinate employees within the Contract Surveillance and Management Office (CSMO). Directs work activities through subordinates with responsibility for maintaining a current knowledge and guiding subordinate employees to provide advice, accountability, and expertise on a continuous basis. Exercises 1st level technical and administrative supervisory personnel management responsibilities for 25% or more of duty time over subordinate employees predominately in the Business and Industry Group and journey level or higher. Plans work to be accomplished by subordinate employees, sets and adjusts short and long-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work. Plans, organizes, and oversees the activities of the organization, ensuring that logistics management related operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements and meet customer needs. Develops goals and objectives that integrate organization and logistics related objectives. Participates in special logistics related operation projects and initiatives and performs special assignments. Identifies the need for special projects and initiates milestones and goals. Evaluates reports by analyzing facts and performing appropriate research and prepares detailed responses. Represents the organization with a variety of installation and functional area organizations. Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships. Meets with key customers and coordinating officials to assess customer satisfaction, explain organization policy and procedures, and resolves significant problems that arise. Requirements: -Obtain & maintain a security clearance -May have extended/other than normal duty hours - U.S. Citizenship - Employee must within 30-days of assuming this position and annually thereafter, file an OGE-450, "Confidential Financial Disclosure Report." Employee is required to attend annual ethics and procurement integrity training. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA): 1. Mastery knowledge of the applicable principles, concepts, policies, and laws; functions, programs, and systems applicable to the duties of position; sources, responsibilities, and means for providing assistance and advice to resolve problems; and all aspects of support. 2. Extensive knowledge of safety, security, personnel management, and EEO regulations, practices, and procedures. Extensive knowledge of principles and practices of team building, developing interpersonal relationships, maintaining good working relationships, and leading members as a cooperative team. 3. Ability to plan, organize, and direct, mentor, motivate and appraise the staff of a small to medium (or large) sized organization. Ability to identify, analyze, and translate complex information, make appropriate judgments, and evaluate options. 4. Ability to analyze, plan, and adjust work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources. Ability to utilize AoP concepts and initiatives to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff of an organization.
