Role Overview:
The Program Coordinator provides critical support to the Document Management Team in the strategic oversight and administration of all daily operational activities. In addition to assisting with day‑to‑day management, this role ensures that program policies and procedures remain aligned with organizational strategic priorities and comply with applicable state governance standards.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm.
Salary:
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $42,900.00 but may be commensurate with education and work experience. Use our Compensation Calculator ( to view the total compensation package.
A Day in the Life:
The essential functions of this role are:
Follow agency policies and operating procedures daily to ensure efficient daily production.
Answers technical questions and traces requested information.
Sorts and distributes or responds to and handles records, files, and other documents.
Process mail correspondence daily which includes typing/printing letters and inserting comments.
Oversee and track branch errors processes.
Notify and correspond with Applicants for additional information.
Represents the agency in a positive and professional manner.

Ability to be tactful when dealing with visitors and answering telephone calls.
Must enjoy working in a team environment.
Display an ability to work and communicate successfully.
Produce accurate and quality results.
Provide premier customer service.
Follow and support BMV policies and procedures.
Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Supervisory Responsibilities/Direct Reports:
This role may be utilized in a supervisory capacity based on agency needs.
