Cardiac Account Specialist (CAS), Rare Disease - Nashville, TN

Pfizer seeks a field-based Cardiac Account Specialist for its Rare Disease division in Tennessee. The role involves building relationships with cardiologists and healthcare providers, delivering evidence-based product messaging, and supporting patient access to rare cardiac therapies.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer engagement and sales performance through in-person interactions within assigned rare cardiac accounts
• Build compliant relationships with cardiology healthcare providers, multidisciplinary care teams, and office staff
• Deliver approved promotional and disease-state messaging supporting appropriate product use
• Identify opportunities and support patient finding, referral pathways, and access barriers removal
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs and advance business objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or associate's with 8+ years experience, or high school diploma with 10+ years experience
• Minimum 3 years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales, marketing, or aligned healthcare experience
• Valid US driver's license with clean driving record compliant with company standards
• Preferred: 3–5 years specialty sales in cardiology or hospital settings
• Preferred: knowledge of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement
• Preferred: experience engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts
• Preferred: digital engagement capability with platforms like Veeva Engage and Zoom

Compensation: $108,600 - $250,700 base annual salary, plus sales incentive bonus
