Coordinator of Loan Processing and Student Employment

Illinois State University is hiring a Coordinator of Loan Processing and Student Employment. The coordinator processes Federal Direct Stafford, PLUS, Nursing, and Alternative loans, reconciles loan programs, and provides loan counseling to students and parents. This role also monitors the Federal Work Study Program and audits Return of Title IV calculations. Highlights Process Federal Direct Stafford, PLUS, Nursing, and Alternative loans. Complete monthly and annual reconciliation of loan programs. Provide loan counseling to students and parents. Monitor eligibility of graduate certificates for loans. Maintain and enhance a loan default prevention program. Monitor the Federal Work Study Program and establish off-campus FWS employment contracts. Audit Return of Title IV calculations and prepare Job Location and Development program reports. Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of business, financial, or managerial experience required; financial aid and PeopleSoft experience preferred.
