About the Opportunity

As a  Life Insurance Agent , you will help individuals and families understand their insurance options and find coverage designed to protect their income, family, mortgage, and financial future.

No previous insurance experience is required for the right candidate. We provide training, mentorship, proven sales systems, and ongoing support to help you develop your skills and grow your business.

What You'll Do

• Connect with prospective clients and identify their insurance needs
• Conduct phone and/or virtual consultations
• Educate clients on available life insurance options
• Recommend appropriate coverage based on each client's situation
• Complete and submit insurance applications
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients
• Maintain accurate client and sales records
• Participate in ongoing sales training and team development
• Consistently work toward individual production and income goals

Sales, customer service, real estate, mortgage, automotive, recruiting, or other commission-based experience is a plus, but  not required .

Licensing

An active life insurance license is preferred but  not required to apply .

Candidates who are not currently licensed must be willing to complete the required state licensing process before selling insurance.

Compensation

This is a  commission-based sales opportunity , and compensation is tied to individual production and performance. Specific commission structures, bonuses, and advancement opportunities will be discussed during the interview process.
