Location: Palmdale, CA.

Job type: Full time

Shift: Day shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Very occasional weekend coverage may be required

No on-call, night shifts, or shift differentials

Potential for four 10-hour shifts based on patient volume

Job Summary:

We are seeking a full-time Certified Radiation Therapist to provide radiation therapy treatments to adult patients in an outpatient setting. The role involves delivering prescribed radiation treatments, ensuring patient safety and comfort, maintaining accurate treatment records, and working closely with the clinical care team. Candidates must hold a California license in Therapeutic Radiologic Technology and current BLS certification. New graduates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Provide radiation therapy treatments to adult patients in an outpatient setting
• Operate and maintain radiation therapy equipment safely and accurately
• Ensure precise treatment delivery according to prescribed treatment plans
• Monitor patient safety, comfort, and well-being throughout treatment sessions
• Collaborate with physicians, dosimetrists, and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care
• Support a growing patient population in a stable daytime schedule environment

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

• Current California License in Therapeutic Radiologic Technology (required)
• ARRT Certification in Radiation Therapy (required)
• BLS Certification (required)
• No minimum experience required
• New graduates are welcome to apply
