After Hours Janitorial & Restoration Services specialize in Crime & Trauma clean up & restoration, Mold remediation, & Water/Flood damage. Based in the high desert community of Yucca Valley, California. The commercial & residential maintenance business was started in 1985. We transitioned to forensic restoration in 2013 and received our training and certifications with the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification known in the industry as the IICRC.

The position we are offering is Assistant to the Project Supervisor and Trainer. No experience is necessary, simply the ability to study, learn, listen, implement respectful directions and protocols mandated by the IICRC and Safety protocols from CAL-OSHA. This is a great position for people who have retired from a previous career, and have a supplementary income. The work is physical at times, but not excessive, and includes administrative duties.

If you value and exemplify these core values, we would love to meet you. Responsibilities Support our lead technicians by preparing equipment and supplies before arriving at job sites. Assist with on-site cleaning and restoration tasks to help return properties to their best condition. Communicate clearly with clients to ensure their needs are met during every service visit. Maintain organization and cleanliness of our company vehicles and the main supply warehouse. Document project progress through photos and notes to keep our records accurate and helpful. Help coordinate daily schedules to ensure our team arrives on time and ready to work. Requirements We value a person’s high school or college education, but higher education is not a requirement. All that we ask if you have a positive attitude while being willing to learn! Valid California driver's license and a clean driving record. Capability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly. Willingness to work early mornings, late evenings, or occasional weekends as jobs demand. Basic proficiency with mobile devices and scheduling apps. Strong communication skills and a friendly, problem-solving mindset. Prior experience in cleaning, maintenance, or labor roles is a bonus but not necessary. Benefits
